A good way to nerf blacksmith is to use time in creating a weapon instead of stamina. Like half a day for a sword or other weapons and the time scales as it increase the tier. Add in things like equipment for smithing and also add bonuses for unit equipments to compensate for the nerf.
Increasing Prosperity Through Perks. Since your player character will never act as governor in Bannerlord, only one perk affects your prosperity score for the main character. Activating ‘Nourish Settlement’ will enable 4x prosperity growth while your character waits within its walls, a boon for lords who like to return home to replenish often.
Meaning riding full force straight at a guy and skewering him with a lance/throwing weapon/whatever will improve it. Going for a joyride won't. You're better off skewering everyone with a spear and riding (quickly, bring a lot of horses/horsemen and a light load) to the next battle to repeat it. "On the map" means not on the battlefield.
