The major difference between these is that the PS4 Pro can play games at 4K resolution due to its more powerful hardware. Unfortunately, Sony hasn't dropped the suggested price of either system since the launch of the PS5. When shopping pre-owned, you may also see the original PS4 model.
Some of the clips showed PS4 Pro graphics as more similar to PS5 than PS4, tire tracks for example. It’s easy to tell the difference between PS5 and PS4 but sometimes it’s just different, not better. It seems clear they were going for realism in the PS5 version. I think it would probably be hard to tell the difference in typical game play.
There are no graphical upgrades on ps5, however there is one thing to note, this game and surviving mars are the only games to really make my PS4 sound like a jet taking off, so although I still have my PS4 pro, I have installed cities and surviving mars to my ps5 (they are the only PS4 Games I have on my ps5) mainly out of trying to extend my ps4's lifespan.
