If grounding is your issue you could tap into the frame and call it good. But the fix is not the hard part, diagnosing is. If you have a grounding issue you will experience a loss of continuity between the ground pin from the light socket and the main ground (chassis, neg of battery, same thing). All you need is a digital voltmeter.

Then installed the auto relay in the fues pannel or it was the fues itself i dont remember. Then I set the switch to auto and turned on the wiper blades and the lights turned on.
